What we aim to achieve

One of the most difficult problems to overcome when attempting to bring new products to the market is to change peoples' long standing habits and take them out of their comfort zone.

Yes invention may be the mother of necessity, but that is only half the story.

Shielld innovations ltd is a new, South Wales based Company, intent upon solving working practice issues. Tackling those sticky problems which seem forever lost in time and which patently ignore some of the most obvious and simple solutions.

Supported by the Wales Assembly Government and more specifically Caerphilly County Borough Council, the Company is striving to bring some manufacture back to the UK. The company boasts a wide experience of engineering, a network of professional solution seekers and a wide knowledge of  working practices.

With a broad portfolio of inventive solutions, the Company's first product range - system FREEHAND is now being manufactured in Wales and is being launched as you read this.

At Shielld, we try hard to encompass a strategy of less waste and strive to build-in to our product lines a green policy.

Recycled polymers (old wheelie bins) and natural minerals ( talc) feature in our products and the very nature of the FREEHAND range is to attempt to reduce the number of scrap paint trays being dumped.

Make a better product and there's no reason to throw it away!

Safety at Work is our prime objective (and become successful) - to convince people to change the habits of a lifetime and protect themselves from dangerous situations.
